Learn how the development community can strengthen health resilience to minimize the impact of shocks and stresses like natural disasters and civil unrest.
In advance of World Contraception Day on September 26, MOMENTUM Integrated Health Resilience will be holding a webinar to explore approaches to improving access to and quality of voluntary family planning services in fragile settings. The webinar, titled “Strengthening Health Resilience to Improve Voluntary Family Planning in Fragile Settings,” will take place on Thursday, September 23 from 8:30am to 10:00am EDT.
The development sector’s traditional approaches to improving family planning access need additional adaptations and refinements when it comes to strengthening the health resilience of individuals, households, communities, and the broader health system. The webinar presenters will discuss how the development community can strengthen health resilience to minimize the impact of shocks and stresses like natural disasters and civil unrest.
